HOW TO GET STARTED?

Call our friendly team at My Success Club on 13 000 SUCCESS to make an appointment.

Your Hypnosis specialist will give you an initial phone consultation to give you some further information about the program and then get some background information from you about your weight loss goals.

We will then organise a New Client Intake form to be sent out for you to complete and return by fax, post or scanned email prior to your appointment.

You will recieve Pre-session work sheets to get you fully prepared for your session day.

On your shceduled session day it is required of you to:

• Have a stress free lead up to your appointment.
• Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Bring with you a BIG bottle of chilled water.

THE SESSION
