PARKING
Limited 2 Hour parking is available at the front of the building and we would advise you to allow plenty of additional time for traffic conditions and parking.
We accept NO responsibility for client parking.
Please allow additional time in case your session is extended.

Hours of Operation
Appointments are available six days a week by appointment only.
Standard office hours are 9am until 5pm.
After hours – Early/Late & Saturday appointment times are available on request and are usually heavily booked so may require an extra charge.
Appointment Cancellation
We request that you agree to give us the courtesy of 48 hours notice of any intention to change or cancel an appointment. The consultants’ time is valuable so times are heavily booked out in advance so your courtesy is appreciated.
A cancellation fee will be charged if this courtesy is not extended of $100
Accounting Terms
Thank you for understanding that we do require a deposit of $100 at the time of making your scheduled appointment. Balance of session payment is required at your first consultation.
We accept payment with cash, Visa, MasterCard and have EFTPOS facilities for your convenience. Credit card payments incur a 1.5% merchant fee.
Discounts/Special Offers
At the time of scheduling your appointment please inform us of any vouchers, discounts or special offers that pertain to your session.
